Message from the President
It is an honor and a privilege to serve as your 2011-2012 President. The time I have spent as a member of this society, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, has strengthened my pride in our great profession and instilled in me the importance of membership in ArSRT.
This year’s ArSRT State Conference was a huge success, and it was wonderful to see old friends and meet new ones. I am eagerly anticipating working with an amazing new Board of Directors and an enthusiastic group of student interns. We are all looking forward to the upcoming year and are ready to start planning next year’s conference.
In June, I will be joining Evonne Butler, Board Chairman, and Valerie Brown, delegate, in Albuquerque, NM, for the ASRT conference, and I am very excited about representing the technologists of Arkansas and bringing back valuable information to you. Until then, please visit our website—www.arsrt.org Thank you so much for your support and dedication to both this society and the radiologic technology profession. Please feel free to contact me at the above email address if you have any questions, comments or suggestions for the society.
Sincere regards,
